Steelhead on the flyrod. Not the best video but a few good jumps. A good size hen inhales my streamer despite being ripe with eggs in early May. She gets it deep in the gill rakers and fights hard before becoming the only casualty of the season. Even the pinched barb on the fly didnt help. I release almost all fish but not if it wont make it !! …
