    Thats a ing strike indicator so when you’re using wet flies you know when you get a bite, same idea as a bobber makes it easier to keep your hook/fly in the same spot and easier to detect a bite. You’re the dumbass and obviously haven’t seen enough flyfishers.

    what a dumbass thats not fly fishing,thats fishing with a fly rod no flys, i have yet to see a real fly fisherman use a bobber.
